Order preparation

 

Orders are processed and prepared within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. This timeframe may be extended during peak periods (sales, end-of-year holidays, etc.).

 

Delivery methods and times

 

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Colissimo, Colis Privé, Mondial Relay
    • Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 working days after dispatch.
    • Free standard delivery during special offer
    • Standard delivery €4.50, premium delivery €2.90



 

Delivery costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and volume of the items, as well as the delivery area. The exact cost is displayed in the shopping cart before payment.

 

Order tracking

 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track your package on the carrier's website.

We deliver to mainland France and countries within the European Union.If your country is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Delivery anomalies

 

In case of delay, loss or damaged package, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Damaged package: If you notice that the package is damaged upon receipt, refuse it from the carrier and contact us immediately. If you accept it, you must make specific and justified reservations on the delivery slip.
  • Package not received: If your package is not delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can check the status of the shipment.

 

Incorrect delivery address

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. In the event of an incorrect address and the return of the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
